Do you have questions or concerns relating to your child at school?
If so, your first point of contact is with the teacher. If your concerns are regarding a specialist class, you will need to make an appointment with the specialist teacher.
You will engage in a respectful and solutions focused conversation.
If your concerns are unresolved, you will need to make an appointment with the Principal or Deputy Principal to discuss further.
If you are still feeling like your concerns are unresolved at a school level, you are then invited to contact the Pilbara Education Regional Office.
If you have significant concerns that are still unresolved after speaking with the Regional Office, you will need to refer the significant matters to the Department of Education's 'Complaints Advice Line' or 'Online Complaints Form'.
